My name is Ruxandra, I am from Mallorca, which is an Island situated at the east of Spain, and I am 23 years old.
My passion and main hobby has always been spending time with and looking after animals.
Once I finished my schooling, I began a degree in veterinary surgery which I have always been passionate to undertake, but after completing an advanced English language course in Bournemouth during the first six months of 2016, I learnt that it existed a degree about Ecology and Wildlife Conservation which would not only allow me to learn about wildlife, but ecology and nature as well.
Like I say above, I spent last winter in Bournemouth, England. On October 2o16 I am going to East-grinsted, England, to do a volunteer in a Cats protection centre for three weeks. Then I am moving back to Bournemouth to work and earn some money and in February 2017 I am going for one month to South Africa where I will be doing another volunteer work in a National Park.
My other hobbies include swimming, playing the saxophone which I have been doing since I was 9 years old and I play in a band. I love traveling, art and sports. I like all kind of arts but specially music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I will be in East Grinstead from the 14th October to the 6th November to do volunteer work at the Cats Protection Center.

I can't say a concrete song or music style. I like from rock and roll to Opera.
My favourite film is Clockwork Orange.
And like I said with the music I can't say just one book, there are many books that fascinate me, but I only know the name in Spanish.
