As I have worked as a tour guide for a food-tour company in Ho Chi Minh City for more than 1 year. I can share with you vietnamese cuisine, culture and history.
Additionally, I can tell you the difference in different areas in Vietnam (North, Central and South). In case the host wants to visit Vietnam, I can recommend a bucket list. :)
