About Me

Hello there. You can call me Syaza. I am a medical student and is currently doing my attachments in the UK. A friendly, open, and easy going person who would love to travel and meet new people. Currently still studying medicine. Open to exchanging thoughts and ideas revolving anything under the sun.

People also say I'm an optimist and overall a joyous girl, hence, I really look forward to what the future brings. Despite of all the conflicts going on in this world, I know that in the end love will prevail.

I'm new to couchsurfing, hence, the zero reference, hosting, and guesting. I can't wait to start my adventure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll be living in the UK to continue my studies for more than a year, and would love to learn about the places and people that I'll be visiting soon.

Interests

Basically as what the interests suggest.

  • running
  • volleyball
  • netball
  • medicine
  • different cultures
  • meeting new people
  • making friends

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything on philosophy, physics, cultures.

I enjoy all types of books and movies, except romantic ones. They're just too cheesy to handle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Almost cried helping to deliver a baby for the first time. As I looked upon the mother's eyes as she's holding her child, it reminded me of how beautiful love is. How beautiful life is.

Does this count as amazing?

Teach, Learn, Share

Open to learn about others' cultures and perspectives. Happy to share mine too.

As a Malaysian, I'm proud to say that we have some of the best dishes, wouldn't mind cooking (if there is any opportunity to).

Be delighted to share/teach anything that I am able to :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm sorry, but since I'm still a student, I don't really have that big of a budget to offer grand gifts. But I'm utmost honoured if you consider being my host!

I'd make a nice, tidy, helpful guest. Will help out on chores, cooking, anything if I'm capable to and those that are acceptable ethically.

Countries I’ve Visited

Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
