Where to start? What to say....?

I'm an Irish architect travelling the world re-training to become a vegan chef. I'm very easy going, love to meet interesting people and discover new places learning from the locals - the best culture one can experience!
I totally respect other peoples homes and privacy, I'm clean, tidy and I don't take up too much space ;)
If you could consider hosting me that would really help me on my journey. The more people I meet the more it will enrich my memories and experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet and spend time with people of all cultures, as this is where you experience real culture. I want to go to local places and mix with the locals, share interesting discussions about culture, politics, history, art, music etc...whilst sharing great local food and drinks.

I want to see your home-town through your eyes. It would be nice to offer the same experience in return to other couch-surfers who come to Ireland. You are welcome to my beautiful country as my guest! :)

Taking a leap of faith - I left a comfortable, stable office job in Sweden, my former home, to pursue my passion for vegan cuisine and travel the world to discover and learn about the vast array of tastes, traditions and experimentation being developed in global cuisines.

The future is as yet unknown but the journey is evolving into something beautiful...
