Last year I was on Erasmus exchange in Copenhagen (Denmark) and I must say that decision about taking this opportunity was one of the best I’ve ever made so far– I met many wonderful people from all over the world which really broaden my horizons and understanding of different cultures. As you, CS people, for sure understand, once you experience such connection, it becomes addictive and you become more and more curious of the world!

About me:
I'm at the last year of my studies at technical university and I'm working as wastewater treatment engineer near Warsaw where I currently live. Apart from that I have always been active member in different student (and not only) associations - I enjoy planning and organising, slowly learning also leadership skills (as it requires overcoming my introvertism ;) )

When I have a free moment, I love being outside and enjoy nature - hiking at the mountains, city breaks abroad or even 1-day trips outside Warsaw :) Theatre spectacles, musicals, live concerts, festivals... - there are also places you can easily find me in!

I'm generally curious of the world, places, people - unfortunately for now I cannot host (still leaving at the dorm), hope to be able to do it in the future!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

CS is a golden opportunity to meet new people who are as fond of travelling as I am. I have amazing memories from before pandemic and I would love to continue this adventure! I want to discover new culture, explore the real atmosphere of a place and of course practise my language skills ;) Maybe we will become fellow travellers one day?

When visiting Iceland, we went a bit deep into the forest at night to get away from the street lights and almost got lost ;) It was worth it though - we saw breathtaking northern lights!

People say I am a good listener ;) Maybe it's because I find it easy to put myself in someone else's shoes ;) Before my Erasmus experience, I struggled a lot with the language barrier, so I understand a feeling and could maybe try to help overcome it? (and also not lose connection with language myself ;) )

I enjoy discovering a new perspective and different cultures with a good coffee/beer/wine :)

I love experimenting at the kitchen so I'm up for trying together some new recipes.
I am very keen on sport, I love basketball and other team sports, also fitness and yoga :) Let's break our daily routine and spend some time together in an active way!

Last but not least - How about sharing some travel stories, funny anecdotes that happened to us? Maybe we both dream of the same travel destination and can plan it together?
