Hey, everybody!
I'm Matej and I come from Croatia.
I'm currently taking part in an Erasmus exchange program in Konstanz, Germany, but soon I'll have to back to Croatia to write my master's thesis and get my degree.

In my free time I like going out, travelling, reading books and binge-watching TV shows (and when I say binge-watch, I really mean it!).

I have a couple of student jobs, one of them is teaching English as a foreign language, and the other is doing subtitles for TV.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like travelling, and while I like organizing trips, making itineraries and exploring cities with my friends, I also think that sometimes it is good to connect with local people and see the city and its culture through their eyes.

Music, Movies, and Books

Honestly, I never know what to say when I'm asked this question...
So I'm gonna take the easy way out and say that I've recently discovered an Icelandic band Sigur Rós and I'm really enjoying their music.
There are also a lot of movies that I really like, so it's hard to choose just one. But if I really had to do it, I'd probably say it was Cloud Atlas. Despite its flaws, I always like coming back to it and watching it from a different perspective.
As for books, I like Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Crime novels. I'm also a huge Harry Potter fan, yup! :)
