About Me

I am a free-spirit. And yes, that is cliche; but its true. I am passionate about travel and particularly how it bonds people: helps them make connections with people they never would have met anywhere else. I am trying my best to just experience life and while I am definitely still figuring things out, I think that is kind of the point, always striving to know more, do better, but never figuring things out completely. Because that keeps you from moving forward. Yeah, this is a whole lot of life philosophy. I will save some of that for actual conversations. I grew up in Oregon, lived in Utah, Washington, and now I'm just kind of floating around. I have a whole lot of interests in that section, so I won't reiterate. Thanks for reading :)

Music, Movies, and Books

There is almost no genre of music I don't like. That said, I dont like all music within the genre😁 typically on my own I enjoy jazz, old country, some pop (before its played a billion times on the radio) classical depending on my mood, and electronic music with actual vocals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently traveled in Israel for a month. It was incredible and inspired me to not only think about traveling, but put my fearless face on and do it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The biggest thing is I absolutely love to talk to new people. Sharing experiences, good conversation, coming together and getting a different perspective and hearing about someones different or shared background is such a beautiful thing. Thats one of the best things about travel.
And, as far as something more tangible, I really like to cook food and bake for people. I am always open to be flexible about likes or dislikes and dietary restrictions. I enjoy a challenge. I've dabbled in vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and dairy free
