About Me

Enjoying life and discovering the world :) well as much as I can while finishing school. But I do take all my opportunities to travel, weather it's different youth-exchanges or just travels with friends. Addicted to good music, interesting people and dogs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess I discovered a while back that I'm not really the 'staying in a quiet lonely hotel room' type when it comes to traveling - when instead I can stay with locals and have good conversations and get to know their culture. Also the idea of 'strangers' welcoming each other into their homes and sharing stories/experiences just warms my heart. Can't wait to host once I get my owe place :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Well there's way too much good music to share, but some of my favorites are The Lumineers, Ben Howard, Arcade Fire, The Kooks, Eddie Vedder, The Killers , Zaz etc. Will forever dance to The Black Keys, Bowie and some good 80s pop. Oh and there are some seriously good Estonian artists also like Mick Pedaja, Vaiko Eplik and Angus.
I am a true believer of the power of good movies and books - they do make your life better. One of the most beautiful and inspiring movies I've seen lately is Expedition Happiness (the soundtrack by Mogli is amazing). Also some that I've watched over and over: God Help The Girl, Into The Wild. I've been a bit behind with my reading, but one of my favorites would be The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Always open to recommendations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think my year in Belgium was a great experience, oh and life so far :)
I also organized and ran an art therapy workshop for 10 people once and it was one of the most enlightening things in my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

What I Can Share with Hosts

My smile and good music and stories and I might try to do some cool Estonian desserts for you (I'm much better at eating then cooking them though, so let's hope for the best)!
