The chance to meet local people and have unique pathways into the life of a place I'm visiting. Organic adventures, not those you have just visiting monuments and staying in hostels (which are fine too). Brilliant housekeeping skills and domestic awareness (if at all required). I know when to be party and when to be quiet.
