Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of being able to travel without a lot of money to cities you may or may not know, and then have the opportunity to stay at peoples homes; who have shared interest and are able to maybe show you around a bit or tell you about some good spots in their city.
I used it last year with my brother to go through the Netherlands and we really enjoyed it.
Now I just want to "give back" or whatever and invite people to my home and give them as good a time as we had before. I definitely wanna surf some couches as well in the future but for now I just want to open my home for others.
