My name is Maartje van Dokkum and I'm a 20 yrs. old student Philosophy in the city Tilburg. I'm new here on couch surfing but this community is already very promising. I always felt like a cow in a herd on holiday with my parents some times (even though we tried to avoid doing typical touristic stuff). I seek to blend in with the local cultures and broaden the horizon.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a very small studio near the centre and there are no spare keys (and the keys are of a rare kind, which cannot be copied). I can't imagine people coming to the ugly city Tilburg on holiday (there are no campsites as well), but there are many well-knnown events and music festivals in town, such as Roadburn, Netherlands Deathfest etc. As a passionate music lover, I'm attending many festivals/concerts as well, so one can join me and stay at my place during that time period. There is no seperate living and sleeping room, so one should be comfy with that. But you can always hit me up for a nice concert/time in town!
