Hello! My name is Maria and I'm an 19 year old girl from Norway. I love traveling and discovering new places, meet different people and collect memories. Other things I'm passionate about is family, friends, food, working out and playing volleyball. When I was 17 I spent a year in the US as an exchange student, where I stayed with a host family. You can therefore say that I have a bit of experience with staying with "strangers", even though I have never used couch surfer before. I definitely think it's a great way to connect with people and a new culture, and I'm excited to try it out. I'm fluent in English and Norwegian, and I've studied Spanish in school. From the 22nd of September I'll be living in Madrid as an Au Pair. Don't hesitate to hit me up!

Música, películas y libros

I love all kinds of music! It depends on the day and my mood. When I work out I always listen to rap, when I want to dance I love listening to Spanish music and when I just want to relax, Ed Sheeran is a big favorite.

The same goes with movies and books. I can like almost anything as long as it's well written or well produced. Unfortunately I watch more movies than I read, simply because I don't have enough time. When I do get the time to read, I love it. And watching a good movie with friends is always a success.
