Hello I'm Melanie !

I grew up in French Guiana but these past four years I lived in France more precisely in Bordeaux.
I'm a lawyer student and I'm currently following the last steps before I become a actual lawyer.

As I'm constantly in books for my job. On my freetime I'm more into crafting or cooking.

I like to try new things. I'm learning "french pastry" I already know how to make some "Pains au raisins" and I'll soon be ready to make some correct Croissants.

I also like to go for walks on nice trails.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I decided to sign in on couchsurfing after a friend talked to me about it.
Even if at this instant I haven't travelled a lot I can say that travelling is really important to me.
There's so many countries I'd like to discover for so many different reasons.
I dream about visiting Cuba to see its strong culture, danse salsa and learn all about the country
I'd like to go to Iceland and Norway to see the aurora borealis and the mountainous landscapes as well as Iceland, New Zealand, Switzerland for those same beautiful landsacpes.
And so many more.

But most of all, I want to discover the true face of those countries with the locals and not the touristic views.

I want to travel and meet the authenticity of the country I'll go to.

And I'm willing to do the same for those who may be would like to discover my country.

I honestly can say that I'm open to every kind of music.
On a daily basis I listen to latin musics (mostly bachata), soul, reggae and zouk.
I often listen to old songs so I'm not really aware of the latest hit.
I'm not really a cinephile person as I look mostly series ( a looot of series )
