Hello everybody! My name is Mario and I'm an active and friendly Spanish guy seeking for new experiences and also with plenty of them to tell. I'm 22 years old but I do have so many stuff on my back.
By the time I got my 18's, I decided to move to London for a year in order to practise my english and work somewhere. I found a job as bartender at a nigh club in the centre where I stayed for 6 months and left it to start working as retail assistant at Gap.

After that year I started my current degree on Political Sciences and Public Administration in Burgos, northern Spain, close to my hometown in Soria. Next year, still looking for a place that could suit me the most, I moved to Madrid to continue my studies where I still live at least for one more course.

In my spare time I do love going out for anything. from museums, theatres, opera, to a couple of beers, a meal, breackfast, whatever. I like sports as well. I've practised football, tennis, paddle, for example.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason why I'm going through this site is cause I decided to go the month of September to Athens as volunteer to a Refugee Camp. The association which I'm going with does not cover my expenses and my budget is not as high as I would like to.

I would work in the evenings at least six days per week, also in my spare time I really would like to inmerse myselfe as deep as I can into the Greek culture as I've been studying it for two years in the past and I find it one of the most interesting ones along the globe. Greece is a country that I've been given thankfully the chance to meet.

I am just trying to find a place where I can fit as much as possible with nice people to share stories and experiences and all the wine cups you can ask me for.
