Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've been hosting couch surfers and being hosted for most of my life. Before couchsurfing.com, it was with friends of friends. Since joining couch surfing, I've loved hosting, surfing, and meeting new couch surfing friends everywhere I go.
Surfing couches is one of the best ways to make new friends and solidify existing friendships. It's a beautiful thing to share space, share food, share laughter, and share joy.
water, bicycles, books, writing, buddhism, politics, art, architecture, folk medicine, music, language, and nearly everything else under the sun...or beyond it.
Music, Movies, and Books
Survive Style 5+, the Blind Swordsman, Razors Edge, Jack London, Henri Bergsen, Oh Brother Where Art Thou, and much much more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My wife, Hanane, and I met through couchsurfing. Neither of us expected it. We were married in a traditional Sahara Berber wedding. We trekked by camel to a desert oasis and danced with friends among the dunes.
Teach, Learn, Share
