ABOUT ME

I live in Vancouver where I teach painting and drawing a few days a week and make art in my studio the rest of the time. I also grow a big vegetable garden and have chickens in my back yard in the city. I love to travel with a special focus on food and art, eating my way through cities while enjoying historic and contemporary art.

I love Ella Fitzgerald any time of the day. I get easily addicted to books. One I really enjoyed was ``On Beauty``by Zadie Smith. The last film I saw was `Paprika.

One of the most beautiful places that I have seen is San Josef`s bay in Cape Scott on the northern tip of Vancouver Island. I also loved Omatepe, a small island in Nicaragua made up of two volcanoes
