I'm from Belfast in Ireland, but I've been living in the North East of England for about two years. I love it here.
Anyone who's living here or passing through and would like to meet up for coffee or a drink and a laugh, give me a shout
my ambition in life is to see every country in the world
and find the perfect cup of coffee
I love meeting new people, interesting people, people a bit different.
I like long distance running, did my first marathon in Edinburgh this summer and I do the Great North Run here in Newcastle every year.
I have a very broad taste in music, especially punk and ska.
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm a big reader, love anything by Haruki Murakami or Gabriel Garcia Marquez. My favourite book is One Hundred Years of Solitude. On volume three of Proust... I'll get there... I love Dostoevski, especially the Brothers Karamazov. Just started reading Gravity's Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon.
Love most kinds of music, especially punk and ska, rancid, operation ivy, streetlight manifesto, leftover crack.
I try to watch a lot of independent films. Some of my favourites are The Wicker Man, Henry Fool, The Lives of Others.
Teach, Learn, Share
really want to start learning Spanish and maybe do a conversation exchange. Would love to travel in the far east when I have some money
