Planning My Sabbatical!

ABOUT ME

I've lived in this poo whole of a town for too long. My mind travels farther than my feet have been able to walk. I've been to Paris, went with school my Sr. year and it was just as amazing as you would think it would be. Only it was even better. I've been a few places, but have only scratched the Surface. I'm 20 years old and my childhood and recent relations have aged my soul but like most 20 year olds I'm going through a serious transition in my life. And my mind and soul and creative spirit in me is CRYING out for a trip on my own. A sabbatical. And so now i have an account on here thanks to a lovely doll that i work with. And hope that this is just the beginning of the very soon to come trip that is the next chapter of my life. I am an artist at heart. I love working with new medias and experimenting. I enjoy refinishing wood work, painting, pastel, PHOTOGRAPHY, making jewlery, and just recently getting into mosaics. I am shy but getting better at that. 12 obnoxious years of school as an outkast left me with a skewed idea of people. The world is a much larger place than my racist high school and I'm eager to meet imaginative, open-minded, layed back people that create the better part of it. I'm very family oriented, and the close friends that i do have i keep warm in my heart. I'm a music lover. I would be a very boring and confused person without music. And i love everything from Frank Sinatra to Smashing Pumpkins, to The Fugees to Drop Kick Murphy's. I'm a full believer and supporter of real hip-hop-poetry. And can definately get down a sick techno beat. Theres alot to say about me, my first impression may speak otherwise but what you see is not what you get. I am a complex person. Who's 1st religion is sarcasm and a good sense of humor. Ive been shit on alot, so 2nd chances are as many as i give. But am more than willing to give anybody a 1st.

PHILOSOPHY

To love, to dream and conquer. To imagine and create. To see. To capture with my camera all the emotions this world will bring to me, but am only catching a glimpse. To establish but forever change. Change is good. To learn but not judge. To have a better understanding of my spirituality and really begin to embrace my womanhood. Woman are beautiful. And so are men and children. I will one day be a moms. I will one day be complete, the day that i die.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was in Washington D.C i went to an art museum where there were original Van Gogh's and usually there are security guards in the corner of each room to make sure you dont cross the tape on the floor (cuz you can only get so close) but in this one particular room the guards had left breifly, and i touched one of his paintings. And since you dont put glass over canvas i touched the actual paint. This was unreal to me.

This is just one rad thing ive done.

I'm always down to teach somebody the ways of a paint bursh, although their is no right or wrong way to paint a picture. Im not a very good teacher, but i am a talker, and a listener. And i think just our stories alone can be more helpfull than any How-To book.
