My mission is to have a blast and experience new things and meet new people. I am interested in learning about other cultures and places, partly because I am curious and partly because learning these things gives you perspective about your own culture.
I am a 25 year old university student who is interested in having fun, and enjoying life. I am constantly trying to broaden my knowledge, formally or informally, and am interested in other cultures and places, and have a huge interest in history. I work part time as a delivery driver while I am in school, and the job suits me perfectly, as I am paid to drive around and listen to music, and work in a casual atmosphere. I like to think I am outgoing, and like to connect with new people, and hear about their experiences and swap stories. I have a good sense of humor and think having a good laugh is really important. I also like to think I am respectful to others, as I like to treat people the way I would like to be treated in turn.
Not to sound like a cliche, but I always try to put myself in someone else's shoes. I try my best not to judge people's beliefs and think that with maybe a little more tolerance this world would be a better place for everyone. I try not to let my culture and concepts I have known since I was young cloud my beliefs, so that I can keep an objective view of things, places and most importantly, people.
I am interested in history, and traveling. I have a huge desire to travel the world and see all there is to see and have a blast doing it. I am also a huge fan of Heavy Metal. History and Metal have been the two interests I have had most of my life, everything else has been secondary. There is just something about awesome guitar work and supremely tight musicianship that I can't get enough of.
Music, Movies, and Books
I am interested in Heavy Metal music. I like other sorts of music as well, but not nearly as much as I am a fan of Metal. As far as books go, I like non fiction books that get a person thinking. Sometimes that may be a history book, or a book about how things work, but I always like to be engrossed in what I am reading. As for movies I prefer dramas, as they really interest me more than any other kind of movie. I am also a big fan of TV shows that get released on DVD, and most of the time would prefer to watch a couple of episodes of something like Law & Order rather than a movie.
