ABOUT ME

Hi!

I am a 24 year easy-going guy who tries to travel as much as possible before having no time due to suit-fitted jobs. Grew up next to Frankfurt, Germany and am half Indonesian. So I am very familiar with the Asian culture and way of life as well.

Moved to Munich for studies in 2003 and just spent an amazing year in Singapore as an exchange student at NUS and and an intern at a car manufacturer afterwards. Used that time to meet great people and for lots of traveling in Asia.

Back home I was joining a racing team, played guitar in a band and organized several parties. Looking forward to find new friends while on the road and while hosting travelers as well once I am back home again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first couchsurfing experienced while traveling in Australia a few weeks ago and it was amazing! It is so different than staying in hotels or hostels. Hostels are great to meet people as well, but at couchsurfing you meet and live with locals who can show you the insights of their cities and it really makes you feel like living there. Great experiences so far, excited about more coming up soon, as a host or surfer.
