To escape the routine life, stock up on adventures, and learn all we can about different cultures while adding lots of dots on our map!......Welcome to our profile pg :)
We are a happy, married, fun couple o folks. We love meeting new people, eating new foods, dancing, movies, stretching comfort zones, traveling (of course), and being tour guides.
We met while studying, during university, in Paris and have been traveling ever since!Over the last 7 years, we've gone through W Europe, N America, and Asia doing all we can to make life rich and extraordinary.
Laurie is a really smart gal, who loves language and helping other people. So far, she has studied Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and English. She's hit fluency in Spanish and English and can manage greetings and getting around with the rest.
Luke is an artsy type who spends time cartooning, working with film and new media, and coming up with business schemes.
We are currently teaching English in S Korea and planning to use Korea as a springboard to see as much of this hemisphere as possible!

Harvesting rice with the Karen tribe in Thailand
Eating a traditional dinner with our Korean friend Jieun's family in Suwon. She translated most of the night, as they couldn't speak any English, but it was amazing how much was communicated without words!
