About Me

CURRENT MISSION

The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion. - Thomas Paine. (1737 - 1809) -

ABOUT ME

Well, about me, that is rather a long story, and I don't mind telling it but I prefer to do this over a nice cup of coffee, in person, so if you decide to stay, I'll tell you all about me.

Interests

Photography I would say. I like to take pictures and enjoying the moments. Coffee (espresso) is not so much an interest as it is an obsession, to me a good cup of coffee is very important. If I'm going some place my main research before hand will be about where to get the best espresso. The rest will fall into place once I get where I'm going.

Music, Movies, and Books

Among my favourite books there is the obvious, Harry Potter, and there are the novels of Clive Cusler's Dirk Pitt, which will be familiar to a lot of the Americans. I also like philosophical and historical books, a good read in that matter is the 48 laws of power.
I'm a real movie lover and have a lot of good movies that I think are worth seeing. Amelie, the Live of David Gale, Home Room, The Girl with the Pearl Earring, Finding Forrester. Should I continue? Music wise I'm very diverse, I've got music in almost every category imaginable, and it depends strongly on my mood what I'll play. But if I must choose, I'd say the old Jazz and Bleus are really my favourites. It so easy going, love it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm here, alive, that in itself is pretty amazing. One of the amazing things that I did is driving to Hungary in an old-timer that I myself put together, I restored it from the chasse up. One other thing that was pretty amazing is studying abroad, obtaining my masters degree at Law from the University of Cape Town.

Teach, Learn, Share

Never ever put of the things that you really want to do, planning for later is wishful thinking, today is what it is all about as tomorrow is not guaranteed.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Namibia, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
