About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To work as little as possible while living up to my true potential

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty lucky and fortunate person and have had many adventures thus far. I do freelance photography as often as I can, especially when it takes me beyond my normal daily routine. Here are a few links to some recent work

I also keep a silly and somewhat irreverent blog here: www.goyoworld.blogspot.com

PHILOSOPHY

"Absorb what is useful, discard what is not... add what is uniquely your own." Bruce Lee

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While living in Buenos Aires, a friend of mine named Murdoch mentioned the CS project and had nothing but brilliant comments about it... so I'm finally getting involved. I can possibly host here in the Bay Area but am currently more interested in being hosted.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

umm... not been killed yet? eating sugar cane while in a soviet dump truck full of AK-47's while flying down the Pan American highway was pretty amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Professional photographer that is non-formally taught. Photography is a a life-long process. I always tell people "People take pictures, not cameras" Anyone can buy a great camera and even learn to take great pictures, but learning about lighting and more importantly, how to see... that's art.
