ABOUT ME

Okay, about me. I am Karlijn, 22 years old, and I live in The Netherlands. I love travelling, getting to know other languages and cultures, cappucino's, having fun with friends, going to the beach, experiencing new cities.. and much, much more. I am easy to hang out with, I speak a lot of languages. I like to show people around in my city and I can always show you the best places to go.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in this project because as a student, I think this is a great idea. Not only because it's for free, but also because it's great to get to know new people this way, and they know more about their city than any guide!

I looooved the movie Intouchables, and I am fond of the books in the Hunger Games series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 18 I went to Sevilla to learn Spanish. Here I had a great time, getting to know people from all over the world and living in the (to my opinion) most beautiful city.

This summer I traveled to India. I saw Delhi, Agra and the province of Rajasthan. It was my first trip to Asia and I loved it there.
