To experience the world and expand myself through meeting others! I'm not a sight seer but a soul searcher! I'm traveling to be creatively inspired in my own work!

ABOUT ME

I'm a 30 year old female, been living in New York City for 12 years. I love to host people, and help them on their travels and make food together and tell them about NYC. I have all kinds of interests and am open minded and honest. I went through a BFA and MFA in photography but my passion is clothing so i've been running my own vintage clothing company for 3 and 1/2 years. I love yoga, movies, clean green food, fashion, dancing and enjoying life in general. I'm don't drink, smoke or use drugs so I wouldn't be comfortable being around drugs but drinking is totally fine!

PHILOSOPHY

I only have one mission. To be happy, joyous and free and walk the broad highway to happiness.

I just joined the community so any way I can help i would like to! I think that when you help others you build good karma and in return you always get help when you need it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

well, i just spent two weeks before i left for traveling on a friends couch in brooklyn. I loved sharing her space and was truly grateful to her because she helped me start my journey on the right foot. I cleaned and cooked food and we shared lovely stories and I think i helped her decompress when she came home from work. That's the type of experience i would like to continue to have.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

live a year in germany, DJ'd in front of a thousand people, played in Paris, was a full page picture in Paper Magazine, survived New York City for 12 years, started my own business and have been surviving on it for 3 + years, have been traveling in India and have had the honor to study with some of the most amazing people and seen gorgeous sunsets that make you want to cry. I have been very blessed in my life so far. I also survived a 45 minutes motorcycle ride in india to make to my bus with my huge back pack and purse strapped on me. Thank god for the strong muscles i've built!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help with english, i also speak some german. I can give you a tour of New York City and educate you on all things vintage. I also have been practicing yoga for 12 years, am a certified teacher and most recently practicing asthanga. I can give a class and help with minor problems. I'm also a great listener.
