After being fortunate enough to travel quite a bit for several years, I've settled down to a more conventional lifestyle. After living in Hawaii for 11 years, I relocated to Portland, Oregon in 2017. I keep myself busy eating, cooking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest and find time to travel when possible.
I'm optimistic, positive, and open minded. I make the most out of every day and love life.
Help others, work hard, and enjoy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've surfed, hosted, and traveled with people I've met through CS.
The people really make the place. The best part of traveling is meeting new people and CS has allowed me to meet some great friends. There is nothing like having a local host/guide to show you around their town and share their life with you. It's also a real pleasure to show my world to travelers when they visit Portland. I love CouchSurfing!

I've shared some memorable meals, gone on amazing treks, and had opportunities to really connect with people all over the world. It's tough to pick just one.
