ABOUT ME

As a professional social worker and humanitarian we welcome you to our organisation! We have a school, medical centre and a computer training centre empowering young Ugandans towards a better future. I organise free accommodation for our visitors, help them adventure the natural beauty of African people, their cultures and most importantly welcome volunteers for our ever growing programmes.

If you are looking for a true African experience then you will feel right at home with us. Our school educates over 70 children and with helpful donations we are hoping to reach triple figures shortly!

You will find nothing but happy, smiling faces greeting you along every step and we ask that you join us with an open heart and open arms as many of our children are orphans and are in need of your love and support.

We have programmes for young women educating them and usually their partners on sexual health and HIV related problems. We welcome anybody with medical skills and anybody that speaks English.. our children are desperate to learn your language :)

All that we ask is that you leave your inhibitions behind and enjoy everything that we have to offer.

We are very close to the source of the Nile and Lake Victoria with beautiful views surrounding us. Trips around town and to the tourist destinations are easily made and local buses are very close by also.

I love hosting and being hosted, however exchanging brilliant ideas always puts a smile on my face and gives me courage of helping others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been blessed with some wonderful, caring people from all across the globe. I love sharing their stories and hearing their views and opinions. It is also nice to have help from outside Uganda concerning our programme.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Every day of my life spent with these wonderful children is amazing...

Sometimes there are hard times.. such as when I had to feed 100 orphans with only 3 Kilograms of Posho, it was a real crisis, I did not expect it to happen, but seeing their smiles makes the hard times worthwhile.
