About Me

UPDATE: I finally completed my big task of moving, so I'm available in new conditions, accepting guests again :-)

Hey guys, I'm Filip and right now I'm living in Cernozice - small village near to Hradec Kralove or Jaromer, on the otherside close enough to mountains so it's a good location. I like travelling, trekking and walking (with my guardian-dog), music, books and food. The nature is my church - I believe in its power so I try to spend free time outside a lot and refill my batteries. I'm interested in history of humankind. There are lots of good things and also bad ones - so I'm trying to figure out how to stay safe with good and peaceful state of mind! On the path to simplicity and rooted inner-self, whatever that means. Cheers, brothers and sisters :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and books - pretty much every kind. From classics through jazz and rock'n'roll to golden era in the 60's rock music and avantgarde up to 90's grungy sound and nowadays pieces. :-) There are a lot of great stuff out there - you just have to switch off mainstream radios and find something by yourself. At my bookshelf you can find mainly Beat generation authors (I really can feel style of Kerouac) and a lot of works associated with Czech/Czechoslovak underground scene and also some classics like Mailer, Saroyan, Exupéry, Hrabal, Kundera, Škvorecký etc. I'm open-minded to every kind of art and culture so sometimes I feel like a sponge sucking everything in.

What I Can Share with Hosts
