ABOUT ME

I'm an adventurer who loves traveling and circling back around to places I know, meeting new people and reconnecting with old, and learning from this crazy world we live in. After many years of frequent moves, I've bee rooted for the past almost decade in Midcoast Maine in a quiet, rural, gentle, and sweet community.

I think this is such an amazing community to get to know people and the world. The spirit of generosity and curiosity among couchsurfers makes life richer for all of us. It's a pretty incredible way of life.

Interessen

All sorts of things...being outside-- walking, dancing, being on my bike, hiking, yoga, anything that involves being on the water...books, music, growing food, eating food, having wonderful thoughtful conversations with good friends and new friends and strangers...Being in ceremony in all forms is like breathing oxygen for me, and I love when the opportunities arise to go back to that sacred home.

I have lived in a bus, a treehouse, on a boat, and in a cabin I built myself.

Stories!--telling and listening, and a genuine curiosity in getting to know one another and the places we've seen while experiencing the place we are in. Enjoyment of the present moment in this beautiful life and these beautiful bodies! And if there is desire, I am able to offer healing (reiki/energy body healing, shamanic healing), shared meditation practice or instruction (my learning comes from Tibetan Buddhist traditions), and channeled intuitive guidance.
