Overview
About Me
Good company with a passable sense of humor and curious about life. I have travelled and lived in several countries, making extraordinary connections and long lasting friendships. I value freedom and solidarity, and believe that truthful spontaneous human connections are the salt of the earth
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I care. I think Couchsurfing is one of the few remaining stronghold of freedom in a profit driven world which has come to monetize every aspect of traveling. I’m glad to be supporting it. Also, I love to tell extended versions of my life story to strangers, and listen to theirs

Music, Movies, and Books
Bonfire of Vanities, Zen and the art of motorcycle mainteinance, lots of Italian contemporary classics (eg Gadda, Calvino, Sciascia).
I’m a Werner Herzog fan and have spent a decent amount of my college time watching films. I like Takeshi Kitano and Kim Ki-Duk, but also David Lynch, the Coen Brothers and Sergio Leone. I could talk hours about cinema
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Remain sane
Teach, Learn, Share

What I Can Share with Hosts
