There is lot job recruitment agency's so you can put applications there . I think that's best for the start . Also depends what you want to do and what profesion you have it .

If you want to seek job in south of Ireland, Capital Dublin, you must go into Dublin/ Ireland sites all Ireland but northern Ireland under UK administration, can put www.jobs in Belfast put profession Or exempke www.
