Hi there. There is public transportation until 2-3 pm on Friday and then it shut down until Saturday evening.

Unfortunately no..you can try to hitchike, it's not that bad option and you even had nice chances depends how many people you are but if it's 2-3 it good option, otherwise wait to the beginning of public transportation, the train around 20:30 I think and the buses maybe 2 hours before or something..by bus it's 2 hours ride to Haifa including changing buses in Afula and with the train it's 45 minutes..I'm living close to Beit Shean but I'm also travelling abroad at the moment haha..good luck and enjoy israel

It will be very hard and even impossible. You can check in the apps 'waze' or 'moovit' if someone can drive you to Haifa with some payment for the gas. Anyway.. maybe it will be better for you to wait until sundy. Have fun!
