You need to take a bus from bodrum bus station to izmir bus station which will take 3 hours 15 min. To reach there. After that u need to take taxi or shuttle service to airport from izmir bus station. That would take also 1 hour.

Wait - as far as I understand, you are looking to get to Izmir from the Bodrum Airport, is that correct? There are shuttles from Bodrum Airport to Bodrum's central bus station - they cost about 10 liras, although the price might have changed slightly. From there, you can find a direct bus to Izmir, as Melih has mentioned. There are plenty of public busses that run from the Izmir bus station to various parts of the city - let me know if you need more info!
