Hello! The best way is probably catching a train from Estombar-Lagoa station to Olhão. Lagoa is 15min by car from Carvoeiro, if you can catch a ride is awesome because by walking is nearly 1h15... Search on CP.PT for the schedules of the trains :) Good luck!

Alternatively, you can check the bus transportation (eva-bus.com). However, as there is no direct route, you will need to divide your travel in three parts, to catch different buses: 1st, Carvoeiro -> Lagoa 2nd, Lagoa -> Faro 3rd, Faro -> Olhão
