If you're just looking for a typical club scene, then go to "pura saturdays" at 1015 folsom. Theres 4 dance floors all playing Latin (salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, etc) and hip hop. For purely salsa and bachata dancing, "dance fridays" at 550 barneveld.
"Space 550" will also have zouk/regeatton/kizomba on the upstairs loft tonight. Salsa has live band & bachata lasts up to 2:30AM
"Cigar bar" is a smaller -but good- place for salsa

San Francisco is a great place with lots of cool bars and clubs. I have never been but heard The Grand Nightclub on 4th street is fun. You can also find some great bars in the mission district.
I haven’t been but Holy Cow has Latin night Thursdays, the Grand has Latin Fever Fridays, and Pura at 1015 Folsom is on Saturdays. Hope you have a good time :)

I found some fun Latin Music Nights in East Bay....mostly at The Legionnaire Saloon in Oakland, La Pena Cultural Center in Berkeley & sometimes at Ashkanez in Berkeley.
