Hi, To be honest Çeşme and Alaçatı one of the most expensive places in Turkey. Most of beaches are paid for entrance. You may look for Ilıca beach or Pırlanta beach for free entrance. I highly recommend Pırlanta beach for camping as well. Altınkum beach is the best in Çeşme in my estimation. But almost every part of is beach club where you should pay for entrance

You can also look at "Urla". However Urla and Çeşme are far away from İzmir's city center. It is about 1-1:30 hour.
