This group is where all accommodation posts should be placed.

This group is NOT for people to put couch requests up however - the best way to get a couch is to send personalised couch requests directly to the cs hosts!

It is a more efficient way of helping your search for roommates or accommodation than placing a post in the main Chennai group which is thankfully full of the social and other posts!! Here is where you will get your dream roommate or place to live quicker!!

If you join the group specifically for roommates or places you can give this reason as to why you are joining (if your needs change, all you need to do then is to update this part of your group settings!)

Don't forget though to post a message with your accomodation or roommate request!! This way you can give more information about your need and people can reply to it!

Flatmate - near Phoenix Mall - 3BHK

I am moving into a newly built apartment next to Phoenix Mall in Velachery. It is a 3 bedroom flat and I am looking for a flatmate to offset the premium I pay for this bigger place and accessibility. The total rent is Rs. 30,500 and the flatmate's share will be Rs. 15250 plus electricity and maid's charges. I already have my own stuff, including airconditioners for the bedrooms, and you can call it a fully furnished place. PM for pictures if this suits your needs. Hey guys! I have recently moved to Chennai for my internship in TCS. I must find accomodation within a week. My work location is: Siruseri Special Economic Zone, Plot No. 1/G1, SIPCOT Information Technology Park Navalur Post, Siruseri - 603 103,Tamil Nadu. Do you have any tips how to find accomodation? There are few international people living in Olympia Opaline Sequel. Would love to live there too, but currently there is no free spot. Maybe you know someone who would like to rent a place nearby?
