Post in Denver Rents and Sublets - CS Apartments / Roommates (No Couchsurfing Requests)

I am a U.S citizen returning home during this crazy time. I had different plans a month ago but everything was cancelled due to the pandemic. I am trying to broaden my search for options and places to live when I get back. That's why I wanted to write this post. It sort of feels like starting over. What I am looking for a private house or home that would be pretty quiet. That would be ideal for me because I am also a relaxed, quiet person. For the past several years I was doing Airbnbs. In fact, I have done over 200 Airbnbs! However, Airbnbs can be stressful because often times the accommodation is set-up for short-term stays. The "service fees" of Airbnb have gone through the roof in a lot of places, even 30% of more of the cost of bookings. Sometimes the cancellation policies are also inflexible. During this uncertain time, I am seeking a host / owner with understanding and empathy as there are a lot of people lost during this time just trying to do the best they can do. In my case, being half-way around the world right now, even if I book a flight there's always a 50/50 chance the flights will operate or not. Someplace walk-able for essentials would be great. Someplace that would be easy with Uber/Lyft would be great, or food delivery apps. The main thing I am searching for is flexibility. What I am seeking a very clean and hygienic home that will also be very quiet and relaxing. The first couple weeks may be a challenge for me as there is anticipation to be dealing with jetlag and adjusting to the 15 hour time difference between here and the U.S west coast. I prefer to rent a place that is very quiet, especially without being able to hear other neighbors. I am a light sleeper and sensitive to being able to hear neighbors. I am primarily looking to rent on a week-by-week basis. If you have a house and just seeking a quiet, friendly, and clean person to live there and pay rent.. that is me. I am now in my late 30's. In my 20's I traveled extensively around the world. I worked overseas for several years. I also traveled with Couch Surfing, staying with different kinds of interesting people all over the world. I also did house-sitting for several years. I house and pet-sat for over 50 people, mostly short stays, with some long stays too. I miss the days of taking care of dogs especially. I have two beautiful daughters overseas which is another thing that has kept me traveling back and forth between North America and Asia over the years. I'm actually working on writing two books right now which is the next major project in my life! That's me in a nutshell. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. I got caught up in this pandemic. The only option is for me to return home to the U.S in June and now I am just trying to find a good place to live that will be comfortable, modern, and feel like home. It is just me at the moment looking to rent a place. No animals, no kids. Just simple and easy. I just want want my own quiet, safe space with flexibility on a week-by-week or later possibly a month-by-month basis.. like an Airbnb, but with less overhead in terms of fees. I am considering several different cities and towns, so I am copy pasting this post to different groups. Because budget will be different each place (especially depending if I need to rent car), so please discuss what rental you have and details about costs privately.
