Being the Flag has so many diverse visitors and students most good restaurants offer nice vegetarian options. The others listed are definitely good veg places. I will not be in town when you are here but there are many nice folks offering places to stay via CS!

one of the best is Cafe Morning glory for Breakfast and there is also an air b'n'b in the back!!!

Flag has dozens of restaurants with vegetarian options.

For breakfast, Macy’s Coffee Shop and The Toasted Owl have great menus. Lunch, Oreganos (giant salads and pasta portions), or Karma Sushi. Dinner, I would try Criollo as they have amazing Latin cuisine using fish/seafood. Or, try some creative ramen from Sosoba.

Anywhere you go will likely have a nice vegetarian option though, probably even vegan, so don’t stress!

Grand Canyon Hostel is nice, and there are lots of couch surfers as well as airbnbs in town.
