West Brewery next to the Glasgow Green have an excellent bar/restaurant in their own brewery. It is predominantly German sytle food and beers.
Drygate is an offshoot from Tennents brewery and has a micro-brewery adjacent to the main Tennents site. This excellent bar also showcases a large range of craft beer from themselves, local and some international brews.
The Raven is a pub in the centre that promote craft beers
There is a huge variety of different food outlets catering for all tastes and diets all over the city, there are some good sites that review and provide guides about many of them -- eg: timeout.com and glasgowlive.co.uk
In particular, for what you might be after, I recommend checking out the "Big Feed" food market open only Saturday and Sundays. https://big-feed.squarespace.com/

Check out ‘Big Feed’. Next on 27th/28th January. It’s a street food festival in a warehouse so I’d recommend wrapping up. Other good spots include Hug&Pint on Great Western Road, Saramago at the CCA. Drygate and Inn Deep if you like your beer... otherwise tell me what sort of thing you’re after (veggie, big burgers, something unusual) and I’ll try and give more tips! Xx

Brewdog bars, Drygate and bar Bloc+ In the city centre. Hanoi bike shop and Inn deep in the West end. Check them out!
Inn Deep, and Crossing the Rubicon are great for beer. Inn Deep has 20 odd taps with I think 15 of those being rotational lines. Food is good, but not exactly original, Rubicon's food is probably more "original" but doesn't quite have the same range beer wise (still 10 taps I think). Or 6 degrees north is a belgian themed beer bar in sunny partick. Hope this helps
In would recommend Cafe Strangebrew in Southside and Riverhill Café on Gordon Street for great quality food.
Most original has to Grunting Growler on Old Dumbarton Road (basically around the corner from brewdog) Nice atmosphere and the owners is super helpful. Can also get a growler to take away so you can enjoy it at home. Brewdog is great too. Can make a day out of both bars and the Kelvingrove Museum
Craft beer : Brewdog you can now get in any major city in the UK so go for something more Glasgow . Id suggest Koel shipyard in the southside , drygate in the eastend. 6 degrees north in partick (west end) and inn deep also west end. If you wanted to do a few places then id suggest starting at West Brewery at Glasgow green then walking to drygate (another brewery) and then onto Redmonds further in the east end for food and craft beers.
Foodwise glasgow is all about the small plates. Finnieston is high end but still affordable
