Yes. There is a horse stable just south of the South Gate between it and Tusayan called, "Apache Stables," if I remember correctly. Or you can bring your own horse. I don't believe you can go into the Canyon on a horse, though - just along the rim, but you should double check that with National Park Service.

To ride in the park, either on or below the rim, you can only ride mules, year round, no matter what the weather. No horses. Contact Xanterra, South Rim, for prices.
