Hey Heather - I was doing the same thig recently and put a key phrase into my post to see if the person resonding had read it. Mine was “ginger beer” for example. I told interested parties to include it in the email to me. Hope this helps!

I would also recommend looking at Facebook groups or Zillow depending on the areas you are looking at. I know a lot of people try to sublease through Facebook too. Feel free to get in touch with me for more info/any help.
