Hi guys, I'm going to be in Sri Lanka for five weeks in December and January and looking for suggestions for best spot to spend New Years along the south coast?

Hi Ross,

We were advised to go to either Hikkaduwa or Unawatuna (close to Galle) for this NYE. Decided on staying in Hikkaduwa as it is slightly larger and checked off some more things we wanted to do.

Thanks Angele! I ended up booking in a place near Matara but I'm not sure if they have much going on for NYE. I'm just going to play it by ear and work it out once I'm there.
