Hosts-Guests who look for great People to meet not just couches !!!

4,243 members462 posts

I know... after a certain time all hosts ask themselves: "Why do I do this hosting thing?", "Why I feel used and silly sometimes?". Most of hosts at this stage will give up the Couchsurfing service, others (like me) will be much more selective (much, much more) about the match with their guests and how they invest their (scarce) time. Let share feelings, toughts, experiences, suggestions about this topic here. Let's form a new community of People looking for great People not just space to sleep. Let's evolve from the "It doesn't even matter who you are" standard attitude.

Traveling In Spain And Portugal

My name is Alissa, I speak English, it’s my first time here. I am a fun guest to have. I love to get to know people and I’m pretty social. I would love to meet people in southern Spain and into Portugal in late. June/ early July. I’m starting my travels from Valencia, Spain. Would love to meet people who are excited to show off your town and if you have a guest room, I promise to be a great guest, I’ll help out and love drinking wine and telling stories with people. I love to cook and see the sites. I’m interested in history and nature. I love to hike and go beach combing.
