Places to Visit in Huntsville and Halloween party?

Hi Guys, I will be visiting Huntsville next month from 17th October to 1st November. I was wondering if Huntsville have any awesome Halloween party I can go to? Any suggestion for places to visit while I am there? I will be staying in Huntsville and Guntersville. I am so excited to see the beauty of autumn in Huntsville.

Possibility that Lowe Mill might be having a party. You might check their website. I don't really know any others going on right now. It's a bit early

I would recommend going hiking at Monte Sano State Park. Fall is absolutely the best time to see the beauty of the mountains! The leaves have just begun to change colors. To find events or music, I suggest checking the calendars at valleyplanet.com.

Huntsville young professionals is having a party

A UNIQUE HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE FOR HUNTSVILLE AT ONE OF THE AREA'S BEST OUTDOOR VENUES

WHEN: Friday, October 24, 2014, from 7 until 11 p.m.

WHERE: Three Caves, a historic former limestone mine just minutes from downtown Huntsville

TRANSPORTATION: Buses will transport party guests between the Clinton Street garage in downtown Huntsville and the party at Three Caves and will run continuously throughout the night.

BEVERAGES: Beer, wine and specialty beverages available for sale.

FOOD: Food trucks with food for purchase.

TICKETS: $25 ONLINE ONLY

One drink ticket included with admission; extra drink tickets available for advance purchase online or at event.

Limited number of tickets available.

Sorry don't know of any more parties, but you might want to check out Cathedral Caverns. It is between Huntsville and Guntersville, near Grant. You are also welcome to visit with us on the farm, if you have the time. We live in New Hope and have lots of space and animals.

Birmingham has a great haunted house Sloss Fright Furnace. They also have 2 trails there that are fantastic. A bit of a drive from Huntsville but well worth it if you have the time.

Update: Regarding Halloween parties, there's Dance Party with Liquid Caravan at Lowe Mill. It's $10 to get in or $5 if you wear a costume. Liquid Caravan are a great local band and The Tangled String is a really cool venue. It's also BYOB. http://www.lowemill.net/ai1ec_event/dance-party-with-liquid-caravan
