Are you coming in Summer? It is snowy at the moment. I would stay in Lauterbrunnen or Wengen, Lauterbrunnen has a youth hostel as well. Both towns have a pool. You can get a train from Lauterbrunnen to Wengen and from Wengen you can take a cable car to Mannlichen or you can jeep going on the train to Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfrau (if you want). Lauterbrunnen and Wengen are both amazing. Lauterbrunnen has lots of Waterfalls and from Wengen the view to Mannlichen or the Jungfrau is amazing. My husband paraglides here. It is magic!
