Where is the best spot to celebrate the NYE?

Hi there, I will be there from 30th Dec. I didnt make any plan yet. I would like to see how to celebrate in here . Are you guys in celebrate at typical place or?

Hey! In first, if you want to meet NY outside, there will be up to -26 degree at night and probably windy. So you need to proper clothes for this weather, otherwise it will be extreme experience for you. There will be one city event at Amur river waterfront https://www.google.com/maps/@48.474714,135.0465633,16.75z from 23-30 to 02-00 (I don't know how good it will be). Also you can visit Lenin Square and Dinamo park. There are Christmas Trees in both places, Ice and snow sculptures, but no special events.
