Can someone give me a ride Kourou to Cayenne 17/3/2019

Hello, I will visit the islands tomorrow in Kourou, but would like to travel to Cayenne in the evening when I return, around 18:00. Is anyone traveling to Cayenne and can accept me in their car? If not, does anyone know the possible connections? I do not know if it would be safe or possible to hitchhike in the evening. Thank you in advance.
