Hi, I would like to get into Learning and Development. At the moment I am completing a certificate level course in HR with CIPD to get a basic understanding. I have undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Teaching EFL, therefore I have a background in needs analysis, teaching methods and materials development. Could somebody give me some practical advice and tell me what do I need to do to get a job in L&D? I appreciate your insight.
