Unfortunately not concerning a room, I know that there is a campingsite on it you migth find nice place for 2 months in mobilhome.

That'is funny, I read this, while being in the mentioned Campsite. It is the "Camping de Saint Léonard du Gué", almost along the river. Otherwise you can look for places to rent in leboncoin.fr, which is definitely the best "craigslist" kind of website n France. Enjoy your stay !
